Our Application Process

 

01 — Technical Assessment

In each market, we work with top universities and independent agencies alike to source the best talent in the market. However, if you have what it takes, we don’t discriminate.

That’s why step one is to go through a technical assessment trusted by the likes of Amazon and Google. Regardless of how you’ve earned your skills, you have a fighting chance.

02 — Soft Skills Assessment

After a Technical assessment, the next stage. It starts with a your formal interview, where we’ll assess a number of items including preparedness, english-aptitude, and overall knowledge of your skills track. This isn’t the final interview, but just our way of getting a better understanding of your non-technical skills.

03 — Training & Development

For Junior to Intermediate Engineers, before working with any of our partners, each team member works with a group of engineers internally to perfect remote collaboration & better understand their career tracks. You’ll be given access to learning & development tools and paired with instructors that have extensive knowledge in your skills track.

04 — Placement & Development

Once your portfolio and collaboration metrics have been met, we pair you with one of our partners after an evaluation to make sure you’re set up for success. While you’re paired with a partner, you’ll be on a passive learning track to ensure you keep leveling up on skills & are constantly best-in-class.
